Hoy Jorge Cortell desafia a la SGAE. Para ello impartirá en la UPV de Valencia la conferencia "Descargar y copiar música es LEGAL y bueno", durante la cual mostrará el uso de un programa P2P para descargar una obra protegida por la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual.
Cortell ha enviado BuroFaxes certificados notificando a la SGAE, la Fiscalía y la Policía Nacional de la celebración de dicha conferencia. Está convencido de que lo que va a hacer no constituye delito alguno, y asegura que si nadie lo detiene es porque “no se han enterado que iba a ocurrir o no hay indicio de ilegalidad imputable”.
